We Are Closing
After six years of serving our wonderful community, it is with mixed emotions that I announce the upcoming closure of our practice. Effective August 18th, 2023, Lilac Family Eye Care will no longer be operational.
The decision to close our practice was not made lightly, and it comes with a heavy heart as we have had the privilege of building strong relationships with each of our valued patients, including you.
Please be informed that even though the practice is closing, I will be continuing to provide medical and routine eye health services at Mountain View Eye Care, inside Costco at 12020 Newport Highway in Mead, phone: (509) 444-0004. The team at Mountain View Eye Care shares my commitment to delivering high quality care, and I am confident you will be in capable hands with them.
If you choose to continue your care with me at Mountain View Eye Care, there is no action required on your part. Your medical records will be securely transferred to the new clinic, and you will be able to schedule appointments with me there. However, if you prefer to select a different provider for your future eye care needs, we can assist you in transferring your records to your chosen clinic or provide you a copy of your records at your request.
During this transition period, my team and I will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. All in-store glasses are 50% off (discount cannot be applied with insurance). Please come in and see us before the best ones are gone!
